Phone Cleaner & Optimizer — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Your privacy is the foundation of this app. All scanning, analysis and cleaning happen entirely on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your files, and we never upload your photos, videos, documents, file contents, contacts or other personal data.

What the app accesses, and why

• Photos, video and audio (media permissions): to find large files, duplicates, screenshots and old media that you can review and delete. Media is read on-device only.
• Downloads and folders you open in the file browser (Storage Access Framework): only the folders you explicitly choose are accessed.
• Usage access (optional): if you grant it, the app can show real per-app storage sizes and last-used times in the App Manager. This is optional and the app works without it.

What we do NOT do

• We do not upload or back up your files.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not require an account or login.
• We do not claim to clean other apps' data or perform system-level optimizations that Android does not allow.

Advertising

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use an advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. In regions where consent is required, you are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. Removing ads with Premium stops ad requests. Learn more about how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Purchases

Premium is handled by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details.

Data we store

The app stores only small on-device preferences (such as your theme choice). Uninstalling the app removes them. Files you delete through the app are removed by Android with your confirmation.

Children

The app is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children.
